The law firm of Kidwell & Gallagher has a proud history of serving injured Nevadans for more than three decades.
Our story begins in 1988, when Elko native E. Eric Easterly partnered with Roger D. Armstrong to establish Easterly & Armstrong. From the start, the firm was dedicated to helping clients across Nevada, with offices in Elko, Reno, and Las Vegas, and a strong focus on litigation.
As the practice grew, John Lambert joined the partnership, and the firm became Easterly, Armstrong & Lambert, continuing its tradition of advocacy for individuals and families throughout the state.
In 2001, Craig W. Kidwell joined the firm, bringing new energy and leadership. With his arrival, the firm transitioned to Armstrong, Lambert & Kidwell, building on its reputation for excellence in workers’ compensation and personal injury law.
The next chapter began in 2010, when Barbara W. Gallagher joined Craig Kidwell to form Kidwell & Gallagher. Together, they strengthened the firm’s exclusive focus on representing people injured at work or through the negligence of others.
Today, Kidwell & Gallagher continues that legacy with offices in Elko and Reno. With decades of combined experience, we remain committed to providing aggressive, compassionate representation for injured Nevadans. Our mission has always been clear: to stand up for our clients, protect their rights, and fight for the compensation they deserve.
